No more chinese-american rocket scientists please. Strictly boring low risk mainstream proven engineering. As for the helium module, do not trust anyone but firms that have proven technology that delivers - Linde, or similar.
I am not sure about those hot-shot Italian gas guys - they look a little flashy and unproven to me.
