The problem is that he is smart enough to know the answers to such ridiculous questions. I mean to allude that RLT doesn't have legal permission to extract the gas is completely disingenuous, but it probably is not illegal. It is surprising that people would buy into such nonsense though.
I think there is a lot of fear of corruption in SA at the moment, so people are struggling to understand what is real. However, if you understand what is involved to get all of these reports done, and the due diligence done, particularly by overseas parties that have a reputation, then you can easily put all of those fears to rest.
What matters really is if RLT can execute. I am still waiting to find out, but it won't be long. Why would I sell until I find that out, after holding for so long?
