As discussed by others here (and the company), AI has a major effect on their business model.
The difficulty at this stage is to know if the net effect is positive or negative.
There may be an impact on their short term revenues, as some customers may wonder if they can internalise more of the translation business.
But there is also a major impact for Straker which does more automation thanks to AI, which partly explain why they have such an increase of their gross margin.
