Agree with the above re: management incentives. I think our dilution here is a necessary evil to have management aligned with us and is part of that final derisking. Ultimately they are in control of how well this business performs (and how amazingly it has performed) and should be the most incentivised to have this thing pop on Bombay listing. If they win, we win and now rationally you would expect they really want to win. And least of all nobody can say they do not deserve the shares. Its all coming together so nicely and I just cannot wait to see this all play out!
