Smedley said multiple times they "were fully funded" prior to the Parimol deal.. and the amount of cash they have floating around supports that position..
So I'm not sure why they did the Parimol deal..
2 interpretations...
1. They have an eye on a substantial acquisition..
or... something around turning millions of worthless options into big dollars.....
