Inflation results when there is high demand relative to supply. The "rich", in the main & over time, save a bigger portion of their income than they spend. Hence, the "rich" add more to supply (investment) than to demand (consumption). Hence, the "rich" tend to be disinlfationary.
Whether or not it's the "rich" that are frequenting NCK is a question for others.
