EVS added around 9 mill in ARR to hit circa 60 mill in ARR.
In order to move forwards rather, than running on the spot, I
would expect by 31/12/24 they need to add circa at least:
aviation 3.5 mill + to get to circa 40 mill ARR
industrial 5 million + to get to around 27 million + ARR
water 3.3 million + to get to around 5 million ARR.
Those kind of targets would get EVS to circa 72 mill in ARR
by 31/12/24 and don’t seem unreasonable targets to be aiming
for in a growth stock. That would be on top of 0% churn or they
need to make sales in addition to counter any churn experienced
along the way. I’m happy they’ve let go of their low margin contracts
and are focusing in on landing expandable and scaleable customers.
EVS water needs to find big growth this year to justify the previous C/R.
It’s new technology and hasn’t been adopted as fast as holders would
have liked to see. This is the year for leaders at the company to prove
their strategy to investors. They need to continue to drive down costs
and rapidly increase revenue. Most people want to see this Aus company
succeed unless they’re on the short side of the equation. It’s a fascinating
opportunity , if they can meet genuine growth targets. If they can it’s SP
should surge, if not it will to continue to flounder where it is currently.
I’m happy with JC in charge as he’s extremely enthusiastic and passionate
about the company but I remain concerned with the current numbers. Let’s
hope this is the year for EVS.
