My guess is there are plenty of buyers out there shopping
for bargain basement prices. They may be a combination of
instos and retailers happy to take a calculated punt at low
prices. Given the lack of sales over the last 2 days then it
appears that people would prefer to hold on to their stock
rather than capitulate and sell out, hence sellers exhaustion
based on current information supplied in the half yearly results
and the recent half yearly presentation which sounded cautiously
optimistic from what I heard and read. Time will tell, it’s all about
the future numbers that none of us are privy to as outsiders. Past
performance isn’t great but that doesn’t mean that we’re not going
to see an improvement in the business outlook going forwards. They
have a strategy and now it all gets down to their collective ability to
execute on that strategy and turn this company from cash flow negative
to cash flow positive. They’re saying all the right stuff but at the end of
the day they need to rapidly increase revenue at a higher gross margin
and reduce their operational expenditure to turn the tide.
