At the moment they would be better to buy back shares than buy another company.
Not sure how that works with any debt agreements though and really, they should just concentrate on the extension and paying the loan back asap.
Only thing that bothered me in the past was how much hedging they did for the loan.
It is easy to sit back and whinge though and management plan these things out so I will just have to respect their decision.
At the moment they would be better to buy back shares than buy...
