All one really needs to do is look at a picture of ALK's board to see that ALK is still operating in the 20th century. No new neural pathways are being formed in Gandel's brain, that's for sure, and that is a huge liability for ALK shareholders in an era of rapid change and global realignment. NE's brain may have retained some plasticity, however he is really just a junior manager.
