his share and he can do whatever he wants. I have no issues with that. I understand your point, but these are his shares and if he sees fit to sell, he can sell.

But he should step down and appoint (his man) someone whose sole focus will be ALK. That will be better value for all and that includes IG as ALK's SP will probably go higher and he can sell at higher price if he needs to sell again.

the "sword of Damocles" comment is spot on - it does hang and will continue to hang over our heads for some time. Not much can be done about that either.

And because of IG selling, I cut Nic some slack as this issue does make Nic's job harder. But Nic has to take some responsibility - blowing up the TGO expansion budget, lack of clarity in reporting, etc.. has nothing to do with how many shares IG holds or sells. These are separate issues.
