Happy to be corrected, but I think you've taken the total revenue figure and not license revenue figure.
I believe you've taken $6,367,123 (total annual figure for revenue in 2023) and deducted total revenue of $2,341,864 (from the half yearly in December 2022) to arrive at $4,025,259.
This does not relate to licence growth, and critically - the half yearly reports are literally that - only 6 months' worth of revenue.
The actual licence growth for H1 2024 cf H2 2023 is $2,276,026 (H1-2023) DIVIDED BY
($3,171,060 (annual revenue for 2023) less $1,527,814 (the half yearly amount to December 2022) which totals $1,643,246).
$2,276,026/$1,643,246 = 1.385x
i.e. a 38.5% increase on the preceding half year
