The process of bringing products to market is taking much longer then anyone anticipated. Its encouraging to see Integris is still progressing with Testing. Looks like all other JVs are on the backburner and all hopes are with LIS and WGL.
I don't think they will be in need of a capital raise as the BOD have already put their hand in their pockets to buy WGL shares off PPK. They've also provided funding loans to the company when required in the past and will do so again if required.
Once these numbers increase dramatically we should start to see some movement in the shareprice. Until then there isnt much to entice new shareholders to buy in.
