The closest they have ever come to anything like that was Mr Cocks totailly failed and misguided efforts at cannabis suppression in Afghanistan. ( ffs)
They can have the nicotine addiction servicing /pushing operation. The are naturals for that.

And bring back medical people who really do care 2Fs - and who's patients love their work.
(CDA used to have the best clinic reputation in the land. Read the forum reviews now - if they are ever even mentioned)
.... and tech people who are capable of first understanding how the market and logistics are unfolding, and then coming up with logics and products that dont have the short half-life that Cannview seems to be developing.

Besides - BigTobacco needs to get out of the ASX cannabis sector if we ever want to improve our reputation. I doubt VIT would get an ethical inverstors tick as it stands.
