I reckon there's enough in the background to give several reasons why they won;t and you're right, it's a terrible look. IMO the chainsaw should extend to the multiple CEOs and why not - they are only paid employees, they have no skin in the game, so there is a disincentive to them working on behalf of the shareholders. As for the corporate loan they took out, that is a shocker and despite them being upfront and honest about it, they should explain why the terms of the exit were necessary and why they allowed it
