CRs are usually done BEFORE results. Not AFTER.
It’s called carrot dangling for sophisticated investors to stitch you up. Sorry - raise funds efficiently.

See; retail and HC pushed it to high. Now it needs to drop. Then they can take 20% off the average and hey presto…. Another cheap CR and retail can get stuffed.
Then of course… the news will magically appear.

This is how it is done mostly

They will only need a CR if no news drops in the next few weeks (coming weeks)

But MnM needs to call this out sooner rather than later or the CR will need to be below 3c
