Thanks for your answers. There are no instos on EZL shareholders list. There are wealthy indivs on the list
but they are all employed currently or previously by EZL.
My biggest concern is how do the old Hartley boys cash out. Remember the merger was a total script merge.
Who would do a block trade with a decreasing sp,div and profit? As yet there has never been a block trade
reported on EZL. I am just curious before I buy in. I am trying to work out if is a good thing or bad thing for the directors/employees own approx 70% of the company. Certainly great for ff divs.
