Would be interesting if ECS holders were to start reporting the situation to ASIC to conduct an investigation, just to make sure everything that has gone down here is above board… I suppose that one request to investigate would be dismissed, but a handful from passionate investors would be quite persuasive.

If everything was done legitimately then there’s absolutely nothing to be hiding or fearful of, but always good to have transparency in areas that are grey. Especially when there are people involved with a history of deceit and lies to shareholders.
