Rubbish. Not only are they *not allowed* to answer this honestly, the balance sheet requires that it happens.
Moving the xtclave to US, sales dropped off a cliff, many expenses increased dramatically - as noted above the auditing blowout (wtf?), there will be a raising very soon no amount of cost cutting will cut through this BS.
