I was expecting worse too... not as bad as I thought.
If there WERE potential sales to te ME that fell through, suggests that there is a market for HighCom products internationally, and that makes me think that other orders could be coming, either there or even in the UK/Western Europe. Closing Adelaide and Poland to save money, and using 'sales representatives based in the UK' sounds like a more practical approach, at least until HighCom have built a base of customers.
