If you are referring to my post on Precision Biosciences they licensed Azer-cel to IMU for cancer treatment. Now they have licensed Azer-cel to TG Therapeutics for Autoimmune diseases. IMU also purchased the Azer-cel manufacturing facility from Precison Biosciences so unless TG Therapeutics is going to manufacture themselves my guess is that they will probably outsource to IMU. Much less risk for them to do that especially for a trial in my opinion. Of course just joining the dots but might not be the complete picture.
