There are a few possible reasons that a shareholder would sell 67,756 SMN shares down to 38.5 cents.

1. To pay overdue alimony.
2. The husband has died & the wife selling off all his shares.
3. To pay the SP bookie after the Roosters lost to the Bulldogs.
4. To pay off the mistress after she threatened to tell his wife.
5. He hit the sell key instead of the buy key.
6. He has lost his marbles.

I see no other rational explanation why someone would throw away the opportunity of a lifetime that should come to fruition within a few months.
