Share your frustration, but don't think its fair to cast blame on the current crew. They weren't the ones making operational decisions when the serious mismanagement was occuring (Gu needs to bear responsibility for that), and seem to have put a potential viable strategy in place over recent months (granted, the SP has not responded)
