A patient from cohort 1 of the SECuRE trial whoreceived a total of four cycles of 4GBq of67Cu-SAR-bisPSMA (one dose from theSECuRE trial and three from the EAP) exhibiteda considerable reduction in the intensity of thetherapeutic 67Cu-SAR-bisPSMA product uptakeat the lesion sites. A reduction of greater than90% in PSA was observed after the fourth cycleof 4GBq of 67Cu-SAR-bisPSMA.
Its been said before, but the quality of communication from CU6 is excellent. And all the signals of efficacy in the dose escalation phase of its trials - very exciting.
