Just re-reading this reference to a "large-scale Canadian project"... ie. not a "large-scale Alberta project"... But a potential joint tender on a national project. It makes you wonder if the willingness of financiers to keep tipping in $$ is in regards to this newer opportunity here?? Is this joint tender possibly providing a more feasible opportunity (win) for KPO while they await PwC partnerships?
