Pretty sh*t position to be... ie. ongoing CRs are needed while the very future of the company is 100% dependent on things outside of its control.
The only slight positive is that there are key stakeholders who are willing to keep throwing $$$ at KPO in order to keep it alive. That's all we can really go by at this point.
