It's interesting to see them unwind the "capitalized technology costs". I've railed against this dodgy practice of pretending that "we wrote some dodgy code that solves a problem only we have" is some sort of long-term investment in the future. They've been playing games with their burn rate for many quarters by hiding some ordinary development in the "cost to acquire intellectual property" category. If only they'd been more honest with this from the start they might have made some hard decisions in a more timely fashion (particularly: not paying executives so much to run a money-losing business).
