It should be enough. Remember the $3 mill in deferred revenue becomes cas inflow once used by the purchaser.
An unusual business model that hurt them badly when the pandemic hit and the travellers couldn't use their quotas so it became a debt to the company.
But in normal times, the higher the deferred liability the greater the future cash inflows.
