If I could give the slap the face emoji I would @gizard.

Huge opportunity lost. Marc spent way too much time setting up the back end and getting systems in place. Like he built a theme park that can cater for billions but forgot to market it and nobody showed up.

I remember saying many times that active users, one of Marc's many pretty graphs, just didn't grow quick enough.

The credentials of the new guy is definitely in the marketing area, so hopefully it's not to late to gain a niche, but as you say, big players with recognisable brand names now have the advantage.
