It's a company hanging on by a thread financially.

Still not making the inroads into travel customers you would expect, given how often they offer huge discounts on world wide travel.

Battling in a very competitive market.

A large intangible asset proportioned.

But still have MasterCard and the ability to capture a niche in a huge and growing market, so as per last comments, it's on my watchlist and I'll happily buy back in if it gets its marketing and sales right.

In the meantime, the current entitlement offer is surely dead in the water, so it will be interesting to see who takes up the shortfall.
