no, PSC won’t mine the ore and process themselves . They are explorers, not mine owners. if step aside can be proved up to be commercially viable , they would be endeavour to sell that Step Aside to Arcadia in the first instance to Zhejiang houayou. Originally, ZH bought the PSC owned Arcadia project for US $378 million . We’re hoping for a similar deal with Step Aside…..
