It looks like it took myself a vocal GSR shareholder to go into Horizons balance sheet and point out a possible financial issue that may impact an increase to shares on issue if the debenture holder options for shares prior to or at maturity date.
You shareholders should send letters (not emails) to the chairman of the company and also send an email copy to ASIC and the ASX.
One of you needs to stand up to be a central point and co-ordinate the letter content.
Your combined actions may get a real good positive announcement of an early change in the board and or a timeline to gold production post merger (if it goes ahead).
