So the preproduction phase has started mid November and expected to take 3 months that takes us to about now with some holiday time taken. If this has happened and partners are near to doing deals an announcement couldn't be far off I would think.
My guess this announcement to start mining will be co-ordinated with merger scheme notices so as to get shareholder approval.
According to the Cannon development phase going for 16 months with processing starting in the 7th month that would mean gold production starts about November 2024 and if that is the case the 200,000t processing capacity from FMR is in question. Some other deposit will need to ready to start soon to use that capacity.
This is only my opinion and it's likely the musings of a deranged individual.
