    It appears only GRS shareholders get to vote and the Independent Expert's opinion unfortunately relates to whether the merger is good for GRS shareholders.
    Doubtful GRS will be knocking it back given HRZ is providing a loan to keep the doors open.

    Need something out of left field to turn sentiment.
