As was GSR, katy. It seems in more ways than one,we're in the same boat. And with like minded Boards to boot.One can only speculate what machinations have been going on behind the scenes in both companies. But, assuming the merger goes ahead, there will be synergies available.That, plus an activist shareholder group ought to lead to a more rational and focused approach by the new Board. It'll certainly be under the whip.
