They had to get rid of the cross holdings as far as the 2 companies are concerned. The Govt made them do that.
Now , TBR is the one that holds 40% of RND shares.
Prior, RND also held TBR shares.
For protection and fear of take over.
As far as individuals are concerned, you are spot on.
Billis interest companies and individuals hold and cross hold plenty of TBR and RND.
It is a private company in many ways.
Which is good and bad at the same time.
Hoping soneone might put a figure on the TBR holdings in Ghana. Would be interesting to see a price
