For the half year ended 31 December 2023, the Group has reported a net loss after income tax and before eliminating noncontrolling interests of $916,000 and net operating cash outflows of $1,305,000. As of 31 December 2023, the Group had $1,434,000 cash at bank, and net current liabilities of $739,000. These factors indicate a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the entity's ability to continue as a going concern.
