    Never thought about it till now, but as you say this why, potentially, they ran the si raise (no need to alert them to any potential neg cash position they're sophisticated) then once 15m raised and back in the black they could go with a rights issue to non sophs.... Prospectus, the works. Could be way off, but would answer a few doubts....
