You can believe what you will but there are whole laws around trading insolvent I haven't really seen many companies ithere they had only 5 mil cash left but spent 12 mil and panic raised 15 mil without telling anybody their true financial position ? It would be a question more if they knew they were going to spend that amount or had bill shock when they knew what the amount was going to be before Xmas.
