It's quiet because there's simply not many of us shareholders out there. If you exclude the holders of <1000 units it's only around 1200 current shareholders. And then consider a holding worth talking about... well it's a very small club.
In regards to current market cap, look at WA1 dip from $2 to $1 back to $12 for an example of sp action very possible.
