My rationale as follows.
1. Lack of discernible achievements by management.
2. No evidence of bringing a project on line.
3. Underlying commodity prices plummeting.
4. On-going requirements for capital raisings to cover OPEX & project acquisition costs.
5. Ludicrous amounts of “performance shares” with seemingly low hurdles.
