I find it fascinating that you think a technical discussion which didn't even mention QPM is 'downramping'. This information is all publicly available, you can view everything I've said here in one of the Australian Alliance for Energy Productivity's free weekly webinars, or online at Heavy Industry Low-carbon Transition Cooperative Research Centre (HILT CRC) or ARENA.
It might come as a surprise to you but these sorts of scenarios are being debated daily in any ASX listed board with a carbon intensive process, there's a wealth of information outside of QPM press releases.
