It does seem that the board and management do run their own race...
I agree that the dividend return makes this/these companies attractive to own in the short(er) term.
My expectation is the same as yours - the long-term returns could be 50/100/200%+ from our current market cap.
What is the board's strategy?
How will they unlock the value that we believe is currently untapped??
Even with some nice improvement in the share price recently, I am strongly inclined to incrementally add my position!
