Nothing to do with whether it’s enforceable. It was just an observation about a particular poster and not necessarily with respect to this stock. My belief is If you’re happy to post your analysis why not tell the truth about whether you hold the stock. Otherwise it’s deceptive. Have the courage of your convictions. In any event I don’t place a lot of stock in a posters position.
