As the Company has not drawn against the BMCG standby placement facility, the right to drawdown at its discretion has expired on 27 February 2024 (the one-year anniversary) in accordance with the agreement.
The agreement remains on foot and any future drawdowns would be only at the discretion of BMCG. No further drawdowns against the Senior Debt Facility have taken place but a further draw is expected before the end of March.
There were no other matters or circumstances that have arisen since the end of the half-year which significantly affected or could significantly affect the operations of the Group, the results of those operations, or the state of affairs of the Group in future financial years.
