Although as you know the equity does have a few conditions attached to the equity, I.e liquidity. I am also unaware why WKT detailed Gemcorps US$5mil in backup funding as incremental, or if there are any conditions on this loan facility, But I am happy to advise, WKT has a good history of offering heavily discounted capital raises to its shareholders. i love the BMCG' discount, but I will load up the boat if this occurs"
