They did bother regardless of what they think lies beneath, the problem here is that these performance rights are attached to average results imo, ie 10m TREO @ 1%, someone explain why this is significant?
Gone are the days when directors and management were rewarded as market cap outperformed, now they can grow their wealth even when the share price avalanches into despair.
