I get your point. we are probably as compliant as we've ever been during this fiasco that's been dealt to us.

we are, however, still dealing with bad actors/corrupt players, so I can understand them taking some liberties on when and when not to trade again. we may not know certain things in relation to ongoing court cases etc.
DRC aren't exactly following the letter of the law here.

I say this as someone who desperately wants to sell my holding as well.
