This announcement identifies Pretorius as Chaiman and CEO. And CEO? Yet the announcement on 11 January 2024 has Booth as the CEO from a few days earlier on 8 January 2024.
Have I missed something? I don't track this stock all the time, so I searched for a media release to help explain it but found nothing.
