    What a dismal pile of shite these financials are.
    $4k in cash (not a typo!) and about $12m in current trade payables + >$7m in current debt.
    The $2m up front from Clara, whenever that arrives seems unlikely to be enough.

    Another cap raise seems almost inevitable, more con notes.

    The Company needs to be euthanised.
